Arriving in a new city is both exciting and a little bit of a quest. You want to see everything, avoid getting lost, avoid overpaying, avoid ending up “in the wrong place” — and ideally still have time to enjoy yourself instead of constantly googling. In Odesa, there is an extra local bonus: the city has a talent for distracting you with beautiful things, and before you know it, your “five-minute detour” has turned into two hours.
“Your Personal Guide” is a format where you have someone by your side for the whole day (or for however many hours you need) who knows the city like the back of their hand: quickly, calmly and with the right advice at the right moment. It is not just a tour, but your personal navigation through Odesa: where to go, what to see, how to get around comfortably, where to eat without disappointment, where to buy souvenirs without the “tourist surcharge”, and how to build the day around your pace, interests and mood.
It is perfect for anyone who wants maximum impressions with minimum stress: families with children, couples, friends, small groups and business travellers. Your guide helps shape the day so that Odesa feels truly “yours” — beautiful, meaningful and comfortable.
Shopping assistance can also be arranged: with informed recommendations, markets or shops selected to suit your needs, and that satisfying feeling that you bought exactly what you wanted — not simply “whatever happened to be there”.

We recommend bringing
Dress comfortably and for the weather: comfortable shoes are a must, because Odesa is a city to be enjoyed, not endured. On a hot day, bring water and a hat — our sun is welcoming, but it has character. And make sure your phone is fully charged: beautiful places will appear far more often than power sockets.

Frequently asked questions about the tour
Is this a tour or a guide service?
Both. You’ll get the city’s history along the way, plus practical guidance: where to turn, where not to overpay, what’s genuinely beautiful — and what merely looked beautiful in the advertising.
Will the guide help plan a route based on our interests?
Yes. Want the sea + courtyards + food spots — we’ll do that. Prefer museums + architecture + sunset — that works too. Odesa likes it when you choose how to experience it.
Will you help us choose cafés and what to try, so we don’t fall into a tourist trap?
That’s exactly the point. We’ll recommend places based on your preferred style, budget and mood — and tell you what’s genuinely worth ordering, and what is better left to those who enjoy taking risks.
Are transport, tickets and meals included?
The guide service is included. Transport, meals and entrance tickets are not included (unless arranged separately). The upside: you spend less time figuring things out and more time actually enjoying the city.
What do you need from us to make the day perfect?
Two things: how much time you have and what you definitely want to do (and definitely don’t want to do). We’ll take care of the rest — Odesa-style — so you can simply enjoy your day.
How can I pay for the tour?
You can pay for the tour:
- online through our website
- by bank card transfer (our managers will send the payment details by SMS)
- in cash at our office,or directly to the guide during the tour
What are the cancellation and refund terms if your plans suddenly take a different turn?
We understand — life can be a bit like an Odesa tram, suddenly changing its route. If you cancel the booking yourself and let us know in advance, the refund will be as follows:
- 7 calendar days before the event — 100% of the full price will be refunded
- 72 hours before the event starts — 50% will be refunded
- 1 day before the event — 25% will be refunded
Where do we meet, and how do I know it’s our guide — not just someone else standing there looking important?
The meeting point is listed on the tour page and in your booking confirmation. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early — that gives you enough time to find the group and still look like you were the first one there.
What should I wear and bring with me, besides a good mood (which is highly recommended too)?
Comfortable shoes are a must. Water is recommended. In summer — bring a hat and sun protection; in cooler seasons — a jacket suitable for the weather. If you’re planning to take lots of photos — charge your phone: Odesa knows how to fill up your memory fast.
